5.To receive and adopt Annual Report for period 2025-2026

6.To receive and adopt Statement of Accounts for year ending 31/12/2025

7.To elect office-bearers for the year 2026-2027 :

a. President 

b. Vice-President

c. Hon Secretary 

d. Hon Treasurer

e. Committee Members (3 posts)

8.To elect two Internal Auditors

9.To consider any other matter of which due notice has been given to the Hon. Secretary
